in 1976 and has established a national reputation

All of the FSM Sales Team have catering industry
backgrounds in various forms, from fast food
management to fully qualified chefs. Terry Randall,
Managing Director for the past ten years, has
a comprehensive knowledge of the food service
industry, gained during his 22-year association
with FSM.
Based in Port Melbourne, Victoria, our brand
new head office and showroom showcases our commitment
to providing the most up to date and technically
advanced products available to the industry
today.
Our primary warehousing and dispatch facility
is strategically located in Tullamarine, close
to the transport hubs of Melbourne. “Tulla”,
as it is affectionately known, houses a large
inventory and enables us to fill orders of fast
moving lines quickly and efficiently. Some stock
is also held in our Sydney and Brisbane offices.
Our nationwide distributor network is supported
by the Melbourne Head Office and Administration
centre, as well as by sales offices in Sydney
and Brisbane. Service agents throughout the
country provide a prompt, efficient call out
team to service your equipment if required.
Spare parts for all FSM equipment form part
of our Tullamarine warehouse holding to enable
urgent parts to be dispatched overnight to all
metropolitan areas throughout Australia and
New Zealand.
