Our Company

FSM commenced trading in Australia in 1976 and has established a national reputation for providing quality food service equipment to all sectors of the industry.

All of the FSM Sales Team have catering industry backgrounds in various forms, from fast food management to fully qualified chefs. Terry Randall, Managing Director for the past ten years, has a comprehensive knowledge of the food service industry, gained during his 25 year association with FSM.

Head office is a showroom and warehouse facility based in Port Melbourne, Victoria. We also have another showroom and warehouse facility in Auburn, New South Wales, which is also used for despatch of goods to the northern eastern states for faster delivery to our clients. Queensland is staffed by two company employees that are currently working from a home base office.

Our primary warehouse and dispatch facility is strategically located in Maidstone, Victoria, close to the transport hubs of Melbourne. It houses a large inventory and enables us to fill orders of fast moving lines quickly and efficiently.

Our nationwide distributor network is supported by the Melbourne Head Office and administration centre, as well as by sales offices in Sydney and Brisbane. Service agents throughout the country provide a prompt, efficient call out team to service your equipment if required. Spare parts for all FSM equipment form part of our Maidstone warehouse holding to enable urgent parts to be dispatched overnight to all metropolitan areas throughout Australia and New Zealand.
